This capital raising is going to be a huge de-risk. Can you imagine the trouble raising funds if TT-034 is a failure? Everyone thinks that efficacy is guaranteed but its far from it. This is basically a way for the company to derisk themselves and if TT-034 is a failure they will have 70 million dollars to invest in other trials. In my opinion this is the right move. It would be a huge risk to wait until efficacy is proven or not proven. It basically is a no brainer to raise right now. Can you imagine how much dilution we would suffer for a measly few millions if TT-034 fails?
