Be patient on this stock as it has substance.I strongly suspect and I hope drilling will confirm the clustered EM anomalies to the south are shallower expressions of the EM anomalies to the north which require diamond drilling.That being the case I would expect Nickel grades in the order of 2-4% to be found there.All the current Nickel attention seems to be centered on the Fraser Range.This is crazy given the grades are low,the geology poorly understood and exploration expensive,given diamond drilling is a requirement.You also need to find an elephant sized deposit at these grades to make a go of it.RXL is within trucking distance of existing processing facilities and the grades significantly higher.I would expect a significant upgrade in the share price before the end of the year.I should not be talking up this stock given that I am currently trying to buy more,however I wish to guide the poor and battered resource investor of recent years into a project of greater of greater merit.
