Online trading

Wondering if someone could help.

in 10 years of trading (and thousands of trades) Ive burnt my bridges with Commsec and Westpac for not having funds at time of settlement now these two platforms will only let me buy when I have 'money available'. Got caught out with Commsec last week. I have a NAB bank account and opened NABTrade today but they also require money in the account for me to buy.

Was wondering if there are any other trading platforms that will let me trade without money specifically until settlement ?? Or has anyone actually called the online trading accounts and asked them nicely to be allowed back on trading T+3 ?
