Well as if this announcement wasn't predictable, extension on the extension!! What happened to the other interested parties that wanted to negotiate a superior deal when KIG failed to produce the funds? Though I said this would happen " announce after market close" no one could convince me that this information was not available before close.
Nothing changes, history continues to repeat itself IMHO.
