Well, I must have know something was brewing. This new CEO, Bob Atwill, sounds brilliant. He has experience with marketing new medical devices internationally, which is exactly the expertise needed. The company has an amazing product, but the marketing up to now has left a lot to be desired. This could be a real turnaround for this company. Did you buy any today, xcell, or are you still waiting for the share price to drop under 10 cents? If so, I think that you might have missed the boat !!!!
