    TechmIester I've been there for a couple years from over 80cps. Nightmare.

    I haven't bothered to read the deal admittedly but I can't help having this feeling that they ran the joint into the ground, bought up a swag of stock or already had plenty and now will make a fortune though nothing but blind luck.

    They being the management ( noun, not verb)

    But that's sour grapes I spose

    Hope I'm wrong and I should read the announcement I guess.

    Can't imagine getting my dosh back though

    Should've bought up at 1.7c when they hinted at a deal.
