Sorry to hear that Tuff but expect the impossible.
They only entity benefiting from this is the bond holder. They got their holding rolled over for a better return and with more collateral. They have effectively quarantined the assets from any other creditors and getting paid for that risk.
You have to ask yourself that the valuation of the company ie. Market cap is far less than the physical debt. Is there something wrong with that?
This operation is not sustainable if IOP stays this way. I hope it rallies for you to get out.
