    Rsl - first of all, I am giving them credit for their previous performance...
    Secondly, their flexibility to adapt according to market conditions... This is a huge plus for me... They realised that market did not like Sugar Candy and they straight away decided not to pursue with it... Means they are extremely serious to acquire something which pushes the share price high... This willingness to adapt as per market conditions is a super plus in my opinion...
