Might I also remind you that South China ion clays are actually a source of heavy rare earths or Hrees. Also, if it's Lrees that are in oversupply, how do you explain the heavy price falls in the heavies such as dysprosium? It is a low price point in the cycle for Rees, not that there is no underlying use and demand for the critical products. When price becomes too low, producers opt out, supply/availability tightens and demand picks up, leading to higher prices. Based on very basic economic concepts I would think.
