Sorry re "hearsay". I have it on personal knowledge, yes, straight from the horse's mouths, which I simply cannot and will not divulge.
All I can say it's from what I have established from my very wide range of sources established over 40 years who's trust I will never breach to keep cynical HC readers happy, but, denying it could prove to be a big mistake.
BUT, I have clearly stated that I cannot determine (for the same reasons) from those that I have received this information, if the current buyers are prepared to fund that $5 million CR that will change the ball game completely. That's what I am still trying to elicit, but, from what I hear, I might be too late.
You know that I want to get out of this ASAP and am prepared to again punt if I can get more information without which, everything at the moment seems too illogical to punt on.
So, the suggestions of me "pumping" up the Pearl deal goes contrary to that idea.
I can possibly see more to gain from buying, thus, wanting to keep the SP down as far as possible, for, the more I would buy, the much sooner I could get out, IF what I hear proves to cause a rise in the SP. Something that, contrary to the cynics, did NOT happen with the Texas ann, as I clearly stated.
