Ann: Placement to raise $2.5m, page-155

Ok .. didnt want to say this before because it is pure conjecture.. however considering that the placement is with a fund that services resource stocks and knows the game so to speak, it could be an interesting theory though.. if i am a major and i want to take a significant share in a resource stock without triggering disclosure requirements (basically so i don't overheat that stock and push up potential acquisition cost before time due to public knowledge of my interest) then how do i do that? Possibly by having a middle market broker acquire an interest on my behalf that would get sold to an Australian subsiduary at an appropriate time.. interesting that the share placement units and options if exercised would amount to also just under disclosure requirements.. food for thought hey..
