I dont think I agree with you that management is sound. The CEOo who has just left was quoted in the AFR 2 weeks ago as saying the company was on track and doing well. And now there is a 65% downgrade.

What were the rest of the board doing? Surely they had an idea that they werent doing so well. They didnt stop this cowboy from making misleading statements or correcting him.
