Agreed , Forged is so convincing he should be selling the Sydney Harbour Bridge to these bright eyed , cashed up, astute ,Asian Buyers! There must be 100.000 properties on the market IN s.e. QLD .Trouble is that the bubble ! in qld is over ! And there are no jobs up here, so the only people who buy here will be the aged , most of who will move to retirement villages!! The new suburbs built on 300 sq mt. blocks!! are wastelands of future poverty and crime imo with no public transport etc, and the only winners are the developers!! Brisbane is chocked with cars and the Grand new development in casinos etc will cause traffic chaos and businesses closures in bris city . They never learn up here and future generations will suffer greatly by these fools planning!!
