I await your por favor, however none of the items is evidence, I accept that it maybe anecdotally probable but I was looking for something that could be independently looked at. To be a little contrarian, tenements for all may be coming out of the court systems with 3 year approvals and they too may have waited 3 years. An invite to an official may end up with a grin regardless of content and the rapid pace of construction may have nothing to do with outside influences. As you have many thumbs I think I will test it.
