now I'm the first to acknowledge that I may have this wrong but the 4c to my understanding is
a requirement by the ASX for companies that are not yet profitable where they have to declare their cash position at the end of each quarter. This statement is then required within the following 30 days.
To my understanding it is nothing more than that, just cash in and cash out. No receivables or payables
are accounted for in the usual form of a half yearly or yearly set of accounts.
Thus sales made but payment not received by 30/6 would not be shown in this 4c. Similarly with payments due.
