I did the calcs myself, it does not appear unreasonable (if anything understated), and as i mentioned in another post a few minutes ago, i truly believe Joe is not a head in the clouds guy.

I hold a senior position in the shipping and logistics business for a multi national, and you can spot a bul$hitter, dreamer, or fantasist.

Joe is not one of these.

I also apologised for not bringing over any vegemite, so that was discussed, and Joe said he wouldn't buy it as it was too expensive in California……so lets face it, they guy runs a very very tight ship……..

I also recall another part of the conversation: i asked what was the end game…..NASDAQ listing or sell out?

Joes reply to this was, he just wanted to build the company he had been thinking about for over a decade, No possibility of wanting to over complicate with NASDAQ, if there was an offer to buy him out, well …. not until he has taken this as far as he can……and i believe he can take this a long long way.
