Imo peerpass was not yet ready but they promised the market it would be hence the splash page and announcement.

The vision may be good but technical execution and marketing is still a worry here. Even the peerpass splash page has issues with uncompressed images and unminified jquery slowing it down (as is the case with all other sites) plus no sign up or request a demo button. The site as it stands could have been put together in an hour.

Before you dismiss this out of hand this is a peer to peer web company. They need to get this basic stuff right as it is their bread and butter. otherwise how can you trust them to deliver a quality products that are optimized for Seo and a/b tested correctly to ensure maximum conversion rates. With peerpass being all about trust and the target market other tech companies (who will look at this stuff) it's time to put more importance on the technical quality and execution. This in itself will give the company leverage.

Just a different opinion to add to the mix.
