    Maybe after the UFO took the plane, it dumped the flaperon to put everyone off the scent.

    Alternatively, the US after parking the plane on Diego Garcia, pushed the flaperon out to sea under cover of darkness.

    Another possibility is the UFO working in tandem with the US and the illuminati.

    Its clearly all related to Sept 11
