If the sale is stopped and at best the then reinstated court action goes in our favor we will have to deal with a drawn out appeal process. which will continue to tie up our stockpiled share of the U308; all while we watch AGS run out of funds. So hands up those willing to invest more funds while we wait out the appeals process.

What no takers? And there lies our problem IMO. One which I suspect has lead our board to accepting the latest offer.
