    If a person is not invested or planning on investing why does that person even bother reading or writing about RMR is beyond me. Its like the Atheist person attending Church service every Sunday and going for confession afterwards. Makes little sense.

    For an investor with investment in mind. Spending $50k to $200k on a speculative buy is not unheard of.
    Only day-traders who open and close positions on a day to day bases are worried about non event things.
    RMR is for genuine and mature investors.
    As for SIR, how do you know that I am or I am not invested in SIR or others? Stocks are not lotto tickets dear.
