Read the announcement very slowly, then read again. No partnership, no joint funding etc. MAR are going to sell gold concentrate which is worth less than gold, lets say 80% of USD market value, and then discount that to 57%. Ok so following the bouncing ball, if GOLD is 1200 UDS and we take 80% and factor AUD at 75c then we are making 1260....... Wow in the money, rich, killing it....... Oh bugger that is right read the announcement slowly and then read again, now take 57% of that which is about $700, now do that slowly you dont want to miss the point......

Operating costs, plus interest, plus now any loans are secured so there is not 100% unencumbered ownership any more and for about every OZ we make, we will lose about 100-200 and that is hoping now blow outs and hold ups......

Now if you still dont get it read the announcement and what it actually says, not what people make up on here as it is not a partnership, it is secured finance on shark rates and we are losing money every OZ. Wow great way to start a company, and we wonder why the SP is not rocketing......
