PF, I usually agree with your posts - but regarding the oppies; 5c conversion when the price was 3.5c is fine BUT you will never get me to agree that when the price is 12c or 13c the conversion price should be 10c, It should be somewhere in the 15c to 20c region. Issuing options already in the money looks like a gift and implies the directors have no confidence in being able to oversee a SP rise.
