Although management have reduced admin and production costs, the reduction is definitely not as large as the June quarterly cash flow report suggests.
Otherwise their forecasted cash outflow would not be circa $60M for the September quarter. Management are still manipulating the cash position imo.
Unfortunately RE prices have also dropped in July as indicated by Arafura's basket price of US$16.19/kg as at 23/7/15. It was over US$17/kg early July.
You need to be very cautious with this company.
