Come on now beachy, if you and your band of brothers knew what you were doing you would know that the Sourcing Platform directly targets passive/connected candidates so will not show up in any of your attempts to find it, I'm glad to hear that's where you have been wasting your time but please don't waste ours. lol, you guys have spent a "long time" trying to find someone who has post about the 1PG experience, again, I tell you that all they get is an invitation from the company (In this case Amazon) to apply for the position which comes from a friend/connection. So once again they barely know 1PG is working in the background.
1PG have also made no bones about the fact that they will start small with regards to a percentage of placements and grow it from there. Nobody in their right mind would think that they could just walk in and takeover everything from day one. Heck, it's only been 4 months of a 3-5 month stage one deployment.
