How many other small Australian companies with a great resource get taken over for a pittance. Answer lots, happens all the time. You do it by suppressing price long enough, look at PNA, then make a friendly take/over.
Vote in 50m options, vote in a cheap T/O.
Well connected is cr@p. I'm very well connected in my own industry, with the largest players in Australia and some of the largest players in the world. It means nothing to my business and sales.
