If a company is making big losses and relies on shareholders to prop it up, I'd say the shareholders are perfectly entitled to judge the level of personal hurt money put up by directors, particularly when one of them cashed out $15 million of his holdings and all are still getting boom time salaries......for what is now a sub-100 million market cap company.
