@gassed - actually I care. You continue to suggest that it is only punters and mums & dads in this stock. This is not the case. You again repeat the comment about average value of trades (which is wrong) - trying to imply that it is punters who know nothing.

You suggest it could also be because of WiseOwl report spruiking and that nobody understand the company. The WiseOwl report came out at the start of July. It isn't recent. It isn't new information.

Interestingly, the current price is now effectively just a fraction above the point that CM8 was before the backdoor listing was completed.

The increase in price is due to people becoming more aware of it, and greater expectation that the Track acquisition will complete. People were always concerned (rightfully so) that it was a big ask for CM8 to take over a company substantially bigger than it. People expected a huge dilution. Once the funding arrangements are announced, there is a large degree of uncertainty removed. People who know Dom don't have any concerns at all. They will be the ones smiling.

At this point it is my personal view that there will be a substantial re-rating of the stock. This is not hype, just a hard cold look at the business and its cashflows. You can refer to my previous analysis well before CM8 became popular.

For me, right now, the current "as-is" business of CM8 without the acquisition more than supports the current price. Once the acquisition completes expect some changes.
