In regards to POK's ASX Continuous Disclosure obligations, I don't believe any material information relating to Buddy Limited needs to be disclosed to the market at this time as formal documents between POK and Buddy are yet to be executed. That's not to suggest they won't announce anything before 20/08/2015 or whenever the compliancy issues come into effect, but that decision would ultimately be left up to Buddy Limited.

As you're already aware Dave McLauchlan is in Australia next week so it's quite possible that he may be coming to do some investor presentations for the insto's. He's currently in New York
