    Notwithstanding the fact that blr is not permitted for trial mining at HT and could only be permitted in 2017 after water, weather, and flora tests are submitted, but can only undertake a single 200 t bulk sample test AFTER any objections, how would mike haynes raise $2m and how long will that last?
