It sure is. I'm not even sure why there's trades. Why would someone buy into the 1.1 queue when it's guaranteed to be sold down to 1c at the end of the day? A very frustrating stock to hold at the moment.
Even when the brakes are lifted there's so much volume at each level, it's going to need some serious money to start the line wipes.
