Fair points - but it cuts both ways - all MSB trials - so far - are based on a single application of the treatment. In the "real world" multiple treatments will likely be applied. Also, the "margin" of success of MSB PhII programs is jaw dropping - zero serious incidents - and signs of efficiency at modest dosages in the main!
Putting my head on the chopping block - is failure possible, sure, always is, but I cannot see how MSC/MPS's can fail? They are are in you now - it's just as you get older, you need more, but mother nature doesn't give you any - mankind has simply now reached the point where it can! That's the basis of what MSB is all about.
