I've seen some of their stores which have also been completely empty and some that are always churning out business.

It's really up to management to close down the loss making stores. I don't see why they need to have them. There is no "critical mass" like there is with grace bros or the like. People see a CD shop and they buy a CD, they don't need to be in every little shopping area.

Anyhow, it will be a while before they see $2 again. They need a operations review with some tough measures to be taken. Cost cutting is pretty much non-existent but store location and pricing is the key.
