re:fin review 150 million surplus per year
Article in weekend AFR - BSG (Peter Nightingale) says:

1) gold will pay all of the mine's operating costs

2) Palmarejo project "forecast to produce an operating surplus of $US110 million a year, equivalent to almost 40 cents a share".

3) mining permit expected in May or June this year, with production scheduled for the middle of next year.

....perhaps that is why my mule has been in such a good mood today.....or maybe it was just the tequila...
