IO is NEVER going to 100 again until inflation helps to make things catch up. Rio and BHP and FMG and Roy Hill soon, along with a couple others like VALE ....they have been ramping up to get profit thru volume.
Little IO hopefuls have little chance of getting off the ground.....due to costs of construction , transport, etc.
Maybe a company that can get cheap labour ....maybe they can start a pellet production, as +63% pellets are in demand. But they have to be cheap startups...that is the only way. Does CFE have and tenements that they could sell for such an endeavor. (TS doesn't like to actually produce..he likes to sell his tenements....to bad he was so much in favour of IO...he has so many tenements with that in mind)
