Odournet offer a program called odourmap. A live odour tracking software that uses their in house sensors. i would hazard a guess that they want to incorporate envirosuite into this aspect of their business. It certainly isn't as shiny as envirosuite and user friendly as envirosuite. Below is a screen grab... this is an example of real time tracking of odours in Germany. (one of their case studies)

Odourmap offers a number of modules, which cater for a wide variety of user cases:
1. The Online Citizen Monitoring module and the Smartphone App allow local residents’ observations and odour complaints to be collected and registered.
2. Data input from systematic Grid Inspections using citizen panels, professional observers (according to VDI 3940 Part 2) or facility site staff.
3. Online display of current Meteo Data and optionally also the modelled current impact caused by known, regulated emission sources. This can help in plausibility checks of observations, and in assigning observations to the most plausible source under the current wind flow conditions.
4. The Facility Module allows the mapping of odour sources, the setting of facility-specific odour types, the assessment of the odour potential of odour sources and the input of limit values. In addition, the contact details of facility operators can be registered.
I think that the best part for PEH is listed in their 'need to know more' section below.

As a modular platform, Odourmap is continually being enhanced and its range of features extended. Soon, there will also be modules for Dispersion Modelling, the inclusion of Sensor Data (e-noses) and forProduction Optimisation.
As far as i am aware this is envirosuites bread and butter.
here is the URL for an intro vid to odourmap.
I know it is not a guaranteed contract with the tender process still to be run, but this sort of interest is why this spike is different to the last. Envirosuite can be applied like this to any manner of situations that have been discussed at length in other posts.
It is going to be a good period for the company.
