I'm sorry but that is the most irrelevant link I think I have ever seen on HC. Its 5yrs old, alot has happened since then.
Clearly getting accumulated in the .675 - .71 range for the last couple of weeks.
With report due late next week, next leg up is not far away. You never want to miss the next leg (W3).
