Shareholder updates are good you are correct, after 10 or so on a possible agreement you would hope to be very very very close. I still have faith on a deal but like I said I don't think it means as much to them as it does for esi. Lets just hope esi isn't the school kid getting pushed around by the big boys otherwise this could be a longgggg process for holders all IMO.
