The Kahan Commission exonerated him of any implication other than that lack of expectation.

This exoneration was the decider in a legal defamation that he brought againt the New York Times when it made the same accusations that we see on HC.

He sued for libel. In the States that is an extremely difficult area of law for one to be successful.

He won.

The jury ruled in his favour.

So in essence two juresdictions found him not guilty.

In your eyes you won't be appeased unless he stands trial in Iraq and Sadam personally clears him.

And as for Belgium, the better question to ask is why aren't they after the actual killers who performed so discriminately in those camps. The Belgians have their names and know exactly where they live.
