Bulk Permit Application

Any idea what stage of the permitting process Atrum is at? It's the million dollar question. At the end of the application process they will be permitted to dig, or not. I am a little confused on what stage of the application process they are at.

I note a bullet from ATRUM COAL - QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 31 MARCH 2014 QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT

"Bulk sample permit application nearing finalisation with lodgement expected to take place in the coming days. The Company has a meeting with the Mineral Development Resource Committee (MDRC) in May 2014"

I am under the assumption that the groundhog project has been just recently received and screened by the technical reviewers and have been deemed to start the review process.

As part of the administrative process they are required to post public notices on the project. Cant seem to find any.
