Scout and Moosey. Good lord, you guys just reminded me of an Etrade fact.

You can NOT buy NVGN "on-line". Have to call and a broker buys it for you. Took me 25 mins. I asked them why, and they said it's because a company can be going through a merger, M&A or the likes.

Honest to god truth. You can not buy NVGN at-will.

Open an account, click to buy and you will get an notice to call. Or just even call and tell them your looking for an on-line broker where you can purchase NVGN. They'll tell you, they have to check. Sounded to me, Etrade is short NVGN
