No-one held Tony Abbott to account prior to the 2013 Election for the lack of a vision-plan-policies-costings that was as obvious as a bull's testicles. He became PM with permission to honour a mountain of promises which mostly amounted to NO cuts-cuts-cuts.

He betrayed the trust people placed in him and is now leading a pointless government in which internal self-doubt is festering.

Bill Shorten should already have laid his vision-plan-policies-costings and until he does we risk making the saem mistake w e did with Tony Abbott.
