    Well maybe the patient haven't lost money cause they haven't sold however all that capital tied up going nowhere for the last 6 or so years when many other companies have gone up multiples is a lot of money not made.

    TP was taking about mining AN how many years ago now??

    How long did it take SFR to get a mine going?
    How long has it taken SIR?
    From an unemotional view point AVB has been a terrible investment.
