The down trend has been on minimal volume when compared to the uptrend that took place prior.
IMO, certain investors would either buy in in the anticipation that deals would be expected to be announced by now or hold until an Ann is released defining whether a deal's to take place or not.
Hence, some will sell out and move on. The selling volume, which I define as trades that result in the SP closing lower, hasn't been grand. So, I don't make too much of this whatsoever in that sense.
