My take on afr article was more of a hit at Waste Management New Zealand, saying "that shareholders have voted their company out of existence by approving a $NZ8.64 ($7.05) a share, or $NZ870 million, takeover offer from Australia's Transpacific Industries."
But also some negativity about cost to transpacific. However, imo it will all just add up to their strategy of expansion & will benefit down the track.
I'm not a holder but have been looking for pullback for awhile now to enter. Obviously it's just hard to pick if it will go as far as closing the gap around 6.30 in this market.
IMO, it's just one of many bargains being created atm.
anyway,
good luck to holders
