wow your a real comedian. I would place my bet on fibre cable having a lower throughput ceiling than wireless transmitters. My feeling is spare R.F frequencies are easy to come by in wireless that in optical systems. Tunable light sources are much harder to create than RF ones so throughput improvements where it counts is much easier
