Beach you talk a big game and the reference to yourself as (we) aims to have the reader think that you are a team. So lets break this down, if you are a team which i firmly believe your not (will get to that later) you either manage your own money or you manage external money.
I don't think its the former because you are only small and couldn't afford to fund a team.
Lets say its the latter, which i don't believe either, just answer this one small question for me, tell me about you risk management process. You see when i place a trade there are three key factors, my stop loss and profit target being the first and secondly how can i structure this trade in an asymmetric fashion to limit my downside and maximise my upside. Thirdly the position must be sized accordingly with respect of the underlying volatility.
So taking into account the above i am happy to share a little disclosure, my average price of 1pg is around 50 cents so as we sit here i am up in excess of 350% on my investment. Given timing of your posts and assuming your short (which again not convinced you even are) i put your short price around 1.80, lets say your real good and call it $2. You my friend are down 75% on your original capital!!!!! Try explaining that to your investors or your wife. Actually your probably down more because you would have likely only placed some margin down for the short.
Point 7 - No news!! The stock had a research initiation with a target in excess of $6 and also a very high quality CFO appointment - how do you define news!
Escrow - Is that your investment thesis - its a purely technical event whereby the majority of the stock is held by investors who have significant other holdings on top of there escrow - but you wouldn't have looked into this would you - you've never even spoken to the company have you??
Honestly i could go on and on.
A forum should be for honest and constructive analysis being positive or negative.
