If they are doing a placement to Sophs - then its probably ( or I hope it is) already based on shares held during the trading halt - Otherwise the Sophs get two bites at the cherry.
I have seen companies give them two bites at the cherry - I think its bad for existing shareholders.
I am not sure what existing shareholders appetites are and that is also a difficult thing to gauge.
A few years ago and i would have thought that it would be hard to raise $1million here but things have changed.
