It's unlikely that the halt will be lifted until this Friday; Those holding last Friday will be entitled to the offer.
It will be in PNA's best interest to keep the share price well above 30 cents so that the offer looks attractive (so that it's fully subscribed).
Upward re-rating should occur as they have now secured financing and sale contracts for 100% of the ore produced.
