Bad news for Otto investors but the company showed it can operate , farmout and pick the right contractors .
The hydrocarbons are there , maybe Hawkeye would be viable from a different location but can't see anyone paying to find out in this environment . Guess they would have mentioned the a gas cap if there was one .
Feel sorry for those poor folks in the Philippines . It is like they are cursed and never get a decent break .
