dow futures hit 11000 ftse tanks. The European markets closed early. The FTSE is now trading down 51pts with the biggest bookie and the Dow is trading on its lows post US close at 11009.
Cripes the Dow was trading and due to close plus 55, I put the kettle on and came back and it was -27 and the signs look terrible including a collapse in the bellwether Dow Transports index.
